According to the director of visits, Cristian Rodon, the ship, flying the Spanish flag, departed from Barcelona (Spain), passing through Cape Verde, Ghana, São Tomé, Angola (Luanda and Lobito) and will have Cape Town, in Africa, as its last stop. from the south.
"It's an itinerary that will take around three months and the tourists are so excited that some of them are already thinking about visiting African lands again", he said.

In turn, the director of the "Kianda" Travel Agency, Rebeca Barreiros, who received them in the city of flamingos, stated that tourists who do not have a tour booked can enjoy the various restaurants in Restinda, as well as the beaches.
"For those who have well-defined tours, visit the monuments and sites in Lobito, Catumbela and Benguela", he informed.
These include the Ethnography Museum (Lobito), the São Pedro Fort (Catumbela), the Pópulo Church and the National Archeology Museum (Benguela).

According to Rebeca Barreiros, the number of tourists has been increasing significantly, from cruise ships to Rovos Rail trains.
"The province of Benguela is starting to become a reference in international tourism", he assured.
He assured that he has information about cruises docking in Lobito next year, as well as Rovos Rail trains, just needing further confirmation.
The number of tourists managed by Kianda is between three and four thousand, according to Rebeca Barreiros.
The "Seabour Sojourn" is scheduled to leave Lobito this Monday (23), heading to Cape Town.
Meanwhile, the Provincial Director of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, Pascoal Luís, is of the opinion that tourism agents should take advantage of these opportunities to show the potential that the province has.

"We understand that tourists are ambassadors who pass the message on to those outside the country, to get to know our culture and our way of living", he considered.
He appealed to travel, transport, tourism and hotel agents to be more dynamic in the face of new times.
"The fact that we received this cruise ship, as well as the luxurious Rovos Rail train, in July last year, is a sign that our province has entered the international tourism route", he considered.
