“Dipanda Tour” brings together 100 tourists from… Around 100 tourists from the provinces of Moxico, Bié, Huambo and Benguela, will be able to join a tourist trip called “Dipanda tour” along the Lobito Corridor, with a view to celebrating 49 years of National Independence.

The aforementioned excursion, to be carried out by train on the Benguela Railway, between the 20th and 25th of November, will have the starting point is the border municipality of Luau (Moxico) heading to the city of Lobito (Benguela), and vice versa, according to data from the organization that ANGOP had access to.

In a note, Admiral, the company organizing the event, based in the city of Luena, describes that the “dipanda excursion” aims, among several objectives, to explore the historical- cultural and natural areas along the Lobito Corridor, associated with the 49th anniversary of National Independence.

With an itinerary covering more than 200 kilometers of line, between the cities of Luau, Luena, Cuito, Huambo, Caála, Benguela and Lobito, the event aims to bring together businesspeople, historians , national and international tourists.

Music, humor, cinema and Karaoke will be some of the attractions of the tour.
The Lobito Corridor has several natural and monumental tourist attractions, such as Morro do Moco (highest point in the country), the Kuemba Falls Cameia National Park, Monument to Peace, in addition to the diversity of cultural customs and beautiful beaches in the city coastal Lobito.

This corridor has been explored by several national and international tourists, with the last excursion being carried out by tourists transported by the luxurious South African train “Rovos Rail”, coming from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with more than 40 people on board.
